Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable content, and digital resources, are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery.
Physical Products
If physical products such as books or merchandise are offered for sale, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
